The Forge Institute
Building the People and Systems Behind Human Flourishing
Forging the Future of Human Systems
The institutions we build determine the lives we live. The Forge Institute strengthens the leaders, organizations and systems that shape human flourishing.
Our Mission
The Forge Institute exists to advance the science and practice of human flourishing by understanding, measuring, and strengthening the systems that shape our lives.
We believe that lasting change rarely occurs in isolation. Individuals are influenced by families. Families are shaped by organizations. Organizations exist within communities. Every level of human experience is interconnected.
Our mission is to apply rigorous systems thinking, evidence-based practice, education, research, and technology to strengthen those human systems—creating healthier people, stronger families, more effective organizations, and more resilient communities.
We exist not simply to solve today's problems, but to build the knowledge, tools, and institutions that improve human systems for generations to come.
How We Serve the Industry
The Forge Institute partners with behavioral health organizations to strengthen the systems that determine long-term success. Rather than offering isolated consulting services, we work alongside leaders to improve organizational health, build operational excellence, and create institutions capable of delivering exceptional outcomes.
The Forge Framework
-
The Forge Institute integrates proven disciplines into a single framework we call Applied Human Systems Science. Rather than relying on one methodology, we combine multiple evidence-informed approaches to strengthen organizations from the inside out.
Institute Divisions
Featured Services
The Forge Institute strengthens organizations by developing the people, systems, and knowledge that drive long-term success. Rather than offering isolated consulting services, we provide an integrated ecosystem of advisory, leadership development, workforce education, family engagement, and applied research designed to improve organizational health and human outcomes.
